Champ Phanichkul is the chef and owner of Patisserie Rosie. He has been working on and off the kitchen for about 8 years before he decided to take on a new challenge by opening a shop dedicated to pastry in 2014.
It has been his life journey from his first day working part time as a dish washer to opening a space that he hopes to create and share his joy and love for pastry to the public .
